The Training cropped hoodie is both relaxed and stylish, making it unlike any other I’ve worn, and thus, I wear it every single day I go to the gym. Last but certainly not least is my all-time favorite sweatshirt from Gymshark. ![]() The Training cropped hoodie layers like a champ The cropped hoodie and sports bras are my favorite pieces from Gymshark. I also like that the high waistband hits a comfortable inch above my navel on my 5-foot-5 frame and that the leggings come right to the top of my ankle without bunching. They’re completely squat-proof-i.e., opaque when stretched-and are made of a soft and quick-drying polyester and elastane material. The size smalls fit like a glove and I don’t have to adjust them while I work out. While I’m pretty proud of the butt I’ve built from hours of squats and deadlifts, I don’t mind the extra visually lifting effect of Gymshark’s design. The OG Flex leggings are known for their heart-shaped print on the backside to make your booty look even more bootylicious. Moving onto the leggings, which are probably the most recognizable items at Gymshark. The Flex leggings look great, feel even better I own the black, lavender, periwinkle, and pink so far. Made of stretchy nylon and elastane, they’re soft and come in a range of pretty color combinations. They also don’t create the dreaded uni-boob effect that so many sports bras are guilty of. They fit true to size-for reference, I wear a 34C in regular bras and find the small to fit well-and are supportive and compressive without cutting into my skin. The best thing I’ve ever gotten from Gymshark are the brand’s Fit Seamless sports bras. The women's $35 Training Straight Leg Joggers are similarly well-executed: classic shape, concealed zip pockets, high-rise enough to reach the part of your waist that's universally flattering, and - best of all - there's a seam on the back that prevents the cute high-rise from looking like a pair of your grandmother's pants in the back. The Fit Seamless sports bra holds without binding The men's $40 Critical Zip Joggers have tapered legs but an overall slouchy fit so your shape is discernible. Gymshark does all the trends you want in a uniquely masterful way and at an affordable price. ![]() Fabric compositions may not be the most elegant in the game, but they'll suffice for the average gym-goer - especially for the frequent athlete who can't spend $50 on shirts they need in bulk. Bestselling shirts go for as little as $20. At other brands with comparably cult-like followings, the same shoppers might pay closer to $100. For staples like leggings, shoppers can pay as little as $25. The clothes are also unusually affordable. But they're also designed with a none-too-subtle hand to be extremely flattering and "bum-contouring." The color contouring is overt in light colors, and modest enough to go almost unnoticed in the darker colorways. They're breathable, flexible, and no-nonsense - the high waistband is compressive, slimming, and supportive, and the seamless construction moves with you without complaint. Probably the most iconic Gymshark item is the $50 Flex Leggings. Gymshark understood that, and it delivered. They want functional gym clothes - sweat-wicking, flexible, and durable - that perform well, and, yes, look really good on them. Young gym-goers want to look and feel good going to the gym.
